The Wednesday special menu 2 meals for£10 (£2 extra for fish) excellent value for money good portion sizes, good old fashioned pub grub. Staff friendly and attentive will definitely be back.
Came to stay here for an event. Nice little hotel. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. Just a bit too close to the bar so it was a bit noisy. Other than that a really enjoyable stay.
We came through this little town by fortune and stumbled upon White Horse Hotel. The staff might be the nicest people I’ve ever met and she did everything in her power to help us having a pleasant stay - which we really did! This place has a local vibe and seems to be the town’s meeting point which creates a great atmosphere.
3 night stay , rooms were adequate, shower was good. Staff and locals were all friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. Food was good overall we would go back to stay.
Very clean room, super comfy bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was awesome and as fresh as. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Parked right outside door. If you don't like noise don't stay at weekend.
I have Known Elaine many years fantastic lady. lovley creative food never the run of the mill. piping hot with healthy sized portions just a pity i couldnt manage her infamous sticky toffee pudding! One of our party was a vegetarian and was nice to see a full page menu of vegan food which also sounded extremely tempting. Will always go back and will highly recommed to try. Paula

White Horse Hotel at Strichen Aberdeenshire was very nice. Service with a smile. Menu varied and everything was very nicely presented and plentiful. Very tasty. 4 of us and all said the same. Will be back.
